  1. What utilities are included in the rent?
    Utilities are not included in the quoted rent amount.

  1. Are there live phone or fax lines in the units?
    No, but you may order one or both through Veracity.

  1. Are there shared rooms?
    There are a very limited number of  shared rooms at Alpine Village. the majority of rooms are private bedrooms. four private rooms to each condo.

  1. How long are the contracts?
    Contracts vary in length to match your schedule.  12 month contracts will always provide f

  1. Can I sell my contract?
    If you are not planning on staying for the full year you may sell the remained of your contract.  However, until you find a buyer, you will still be responsible for  each and every month,till the end date. To sell your contract you must come into the office and fill out and "Intent to Sell" form. You can then post an ad. Some of the most successful places to list an ad are; Craigslist, Facebook, BYU off-campus housing homepage, and  at UVU.

  1. Can I live here if I don’t attend BYU?
    Yes, but you must be a student of an approved school.  UVU and most schools in the valley qualify.

  1. Is it furnished?
    The condos come fully furnished. The living rooms have a leather sofa and love seat, a dining room table with four chairs, and a flat screen TV. The kitchen includes all appliances such as the fridge, microwave, stove/oven, and dishwasher. Each bedroom has an extended twin size bed, dresser, desk, chair, and bookshelf. There is also a washer and dryer in each unit.

  1. How much does it cost to cancel my contract?
    At any time not less than 90 days before the commencement date of your contract you may cancel the contract, by giving written notice and paying a $50 fee. This fee will come out of your $350 deposit which is paid upon the initial signing of a contract.

  1. Is parking available? Is there an extra cost for parking?
    Parking is available for $40.

  1. Are there bike racks?
    Yes, we will have bike racks in the underground parking area.

  1. Can I choose who I want to live with?
    Placement is made on a first come first serve basis. The sooner you sign a contract, the more likely you will be able to live with your friends or on a specific floor that you request. We will do our best to make sure that everyone has at least their first request fulfilled. Please email any placement request to: office@alpinemanager.com

  1. What if I’m leaving on a mission? What if I get married? What if I graduate?
    If you fall under any of these categories and the contract period has not ended, you will have to sell the rest of your contract. However, if you graduate there is a grace period that will allow you to live at Alpine Village for four months before having to sell your contract.

  1. Can married couples live at Alpine Village?
    We only provide housing for single students.

  1. When is the office open?
    Our office hours are Monday-Thursday 10am to 6pm, Fridays
     10 am to 4pm and Saturdays from 10am to 3pm.

  1. Where is the office?
    Our office is located at 1378 N Freedom Blvd., right in the entrance in the middle of the development.

  1. Are the TV’s included in the condos?
    Yes! Each condo comes with its own flat screen TV which is mounted on the wall of each living room.

  1. Is there wireless Internet?
    Each of the units are hard wired with high-speed Internet (15mbps) in all of the bedrooms, as well as the living room. Residents are welcome to bring their personal wir

  1. Are there elevators?
    Yes, there are elevators in the complex. They are located in the center of each of the buildings.

  1. When can I move in?
    You are welcome on the first day of your contract.  That day can be adjusted, prorating the rent as space allows.
